These terms apply to your use of creatorflood.net (the "site"), operated by Wayne Tobacco trading as Creatorflood. By using the site or booking a call through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
The site describes Creatorflood's growth services and lets you book an introductory call. It is marketing material and an invitation to get in touch — it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and browsing it does not create a client relationship between us.
Booking a call
When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to show up or cancel in reasonable time. We may decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion. The call itself is free and carries no obligation on either side.
No guarantee of results
The revenue figures, screenshots and client outcomes shown on this site are real results from specific businesses at specific times. They are examples, not promises. What any business achieves depends on its offer, market, audience, pricing, execution and a great many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee, warranty or projection of earnings. Any guarantee that applies to a specific engagement will be written into the contract for that engagement, and only that document governs it.
Not professional advice
Content on this site is general commercial information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and you should not act on it without taking advice suited to your own circumstances.
Engagements are governed by a separate agreement
If we go on to work together, the scope, fees, term, deliverables and any guarantees will be set out in a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.
Intellectual property
The site's copy, design, logo and graphics belong to Creatorflood or are used with permission. You may view and share the page, but please don't copy, republish or repurpose its content for commercial use without written permission. Client photographs and results screenshots are used with the permission of the people shown, and remain theirs.
Third-party services and links
The site embeds scheduling from Calendly and video from Loom and YouTube, and links to external sites such as Instagram. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Creatorflood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

How we handle the information you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date above, is the one that applies.
