This policy explains what Creatorflood ("we", "us") collects when you use creatorflood.net, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Creatorflood is operated by Wayne Tobacco. If you have questions, email wayne@creatorflood.net.
What we collect
The only information you actively give us is what you enter when booking an intro call:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Anything you choose to write in the booking form's free-text fields
We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not run advertising pixels or analytics trackers of our own on it.
Why we collect it
- To schedule, confirm and attend the intro call you requested
- To contact you about that call — including rescheduling or following up afterwards
- To discuss working together, if the call leads that way
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the booking form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Booking is handled by Calendly
The scheduling widget on this site is provided by Calendly. When you book, your name, email and phone number are submitted to and stored by Calendly, and Calendly may set cookies in your browser as part of that. Their handling of your data is governed by Calendly's privacy notice. We receive a copy of your booking details from them.
Embedded video
This page embeds video from Loom and YouTube. These players load from those companies' servers, which means they can see your IP address and may set their own cookies when the player loads or plays. See Loom's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. We do not control what those services collect.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard server request data — including IP addresses — to serve pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. Cookies you encounter on this site come from the embedded third parties above (Calendly, Loom, YouTube) and from Cloudflare's security layer. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may stop the booking widget or the videos from working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers described above, who process it on our behalf so the site and booking flow can function, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and to keep records of our business dealings — and no longer than necessary for that purpose. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Ask for a copy in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these, email wayne@creatorflood.net. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
